Valeurse meet the needs of our customers, caused by the universal desire to eliminate fossil fuels and maximize energy efficiency. The Vitrobudowa design office values, for many years, importance of cooperation with leading institutes and organizations developing hybrid furnace technologies. This includes increase of the share of electric heating, in furnaces where energy is obtained from fuel combustion, as well as the use of hydrogen in such furnaces. Furnace designs are being optimised using mathematical modeling. This allows us to adjust the design to the combustion rate, oxidizer flow rates and angles, fuel injection rates and angles, ensuring the most optimal combustion under all extreme conditions. Cross-flame Furnaces Cross-flame furnaces are used for various types of glass. Capacity ranges from 140 up to 480 t/24h. Modernization of existing furnaces to increase production. Improvement of operating economy and reduction of NOx emissions. Our offer also includes installation of electrode reheating systems in existing furnaces. Our cross-fire furnaces are used for the production of soda-lime glass in the following branches of the glass industry: U-flame furnaces We carry out complete investments on the design, construction and start-up of U-flame furnaces for all branches of glass production. We do provide both, small-sized furnaces with a capacity of 10t/24h and furnaces with a capacity exceeding 360t/24h (also with electroboosting). As part of our services, we also offer modernization of existing furnaces, aimed at increasing pull, improving the economics of operation and reduction of NOx emissions. Our offer also includes the installation of electroboosting systems in existing furnaces. During the implementation of the investment, we use the latest technical solutions, that guarantee fully automatic operation of the furnace and minimize glass defects occurring during production. End-fired furnaces are used for the production of soda-lime glass in the following branches of the glass industry: Recuperative furnaces We carry out complex investments, related to the design, construction and commissioning of recuperative furnaces. We use our own, proven technical solutions, that allow for maximizing of the process of exhaust heat recovery, while extending the life of the recuperator. We supply tubular recuperators, manufactured in our plant, with the highest quality heat-resistant steel. We also offer modernization of existing furnaces operating in such heat recovery system. Our recuperator furnaces are used for the production of soda-lime glass in the following branches of the glass industry: Electrode furnaces We provide comprehensive supplies of electrode furnaces for melting soda-lime and borosilicate glass. Our electrode furnaces are used to produce the following types of glass: Gas-oxygen furnaces We carry out complete investments related to the design, construction and start-up of furnaces heated with a gas-oxygen mixture. We also offer modernization of existing gas-air furnaces, in order to increase the efficiency of the furnace. Our GAS-OXYGEN furnaces are characterized by very good energy efficiency, low NOx and CO emissions. They are utilized to produce glass with the highest quality requirements. Thanks to the appropriate selection of materials, their operating time is the same as in furnaces with traditional firing systems.
Histoire de l´entrepriseWe offer building glass melting furnaces along with repair services for glass industry.
